A few years ago, I was in your shoes!

I started every day in the litany of judgment of my body, and continued judging my body throughout the day.

I spent hours slaving away in the gym, adhering to a strict diet, spending way too much money on weight loss supplements, binge eating then punishing my body in the gym some more, feeling guilty anytime I enjoyed life, and I even had what most considered the "perfect body"...

Yet I still didn't like my body!

Until I woke up one day and said enough is enough!

I remember my parents telling me from a young age that if I didn't start working out, I would become fat and no guy would like me.  

So I started working out at the age of 13 because I was self-conscious of my body. 

I spent 3 hours in the gym every day and couldn't wait until I turned 18 so I could start competing in fitness competitions - FINALLY I would have the perfect body I thought.

4 years of competing and 7 competitions later, I realized that negative thoughts about my body image consumed my every waking thought. 

My body was just never good enough.  I felt stuck!  I felt like I would never have the perfect body, no matter how many more competitions I entered or trophies I won. 

Until one day, I hit rock bottom and was tired of binge eating ice cream, only to throw away half of the container to prevent eating it all and to end up in the gym 30 minutes later feeling guilty on the cardio machine. 

And that's when I changed... and I haven't looked back since!

What is the timeline of the eCourse?

Once registered, you will receive immediate access to the eCourse.  The eCourse consists of 21 modules which you can do at your own pace from the comfort of your own home.

Is there a live component or coaching included?

If you purchase the eCourse with the 6 private sessions included, you will receive private one-on-one coaching throughout the eCourse to help you get faster results.  Otherwise, there aren't any group coaching calls included in this eCourse.  There is a private Facebook group where you can chat with other members of the eCourse.  I'm committed to helping you obtain the body you desire and deserve - if there is a module where you feel like you need more information or clarity, I will go above and beyond to provide you with what you need to succeed.  My goal is to give you as much support as possible throughout the eCourse.
